As you open iPhone Duo toward them like a laptop, the lid lifts with the hinge: the top display becomes the inside of the lid, with your message, and the bottom display becomes the cushion holding the ring. The reveal follows the hinge in real time, so the box opens at your pace. Nothing for them to do but look.

Yes I Do! is designed for iPhone Duo. On other iPhones with iOS 27, a swipe opens the box instead.

What does Yes I Do! do?: It turns iPhone Duo into a velvet ring box for a proposal. Closed, the outer display shows the top of a velvet box. Do I need an iPhone Duo?: It is made for iPhone Duo, where the hinge opens the box. On other iPhones with iOS 27, a swipe opens it instead.

Optional one-time purchases: the Studio Unlock ($24.99) adds more rings, every metal and velvet, any carat and full control of the lid; more ring designs are $4.99 each; Everything ($29.99) includes the Studio Unlock and every ring design. There is no subscription.
Is their reaction filmed?: Only if you switch it on. Then the front camera films their reaction as the box opens, and the reveal is saved as a Moment you can replay, turn into a short film and share. You can turn filming off at any time. Ask the person you are filming before you record or share their reaction.
Does anything leave my phone?: No. There is no account and no sign-in. Designs, Moments and reaction clips stay on your device, and leave it only when you choose to share or export them.
When is it out?: Yes I Do! is planned for the iPhone Duo launch on October 23, 2026, on the App Store.
